We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, mispricing, or fulfillment errors.

5. Subscriptions (“Subscribe & Save”)

If you select a subscription option, your payment method will be charged automatically at your chosen interval until canceled.
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at support@lumetone.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States (international expansion coming soon).
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays and destination.

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

7. Returns & 90-Day Guarantee

We proudly stand behind our products with a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

  • You may return your product—opened or unopened—within 90 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied for any reason.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
