Thank you for shopping with Luma Labs Beauty.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
We work with trusted fulfillment partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Typical delivery time is 7–10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier service delays that are beyond our control (such as weather, customs, or peak season demand).
3. Carriers & Tracking
We primarily ship orders via USPS and GoFor (GOFO), depending on the destination and package weight.
All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
You can track your package directly using the link provided in your confirmation email.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions—these will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact support@lumetone.com immediately—we’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
6. Delayed or Missing Packages
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Check your mailbox, porch, or with neighbors in case it was delivered nearby.

Wait 3 full business days—carriers occasionally mark packages “Delivered” prematurely.

If the package still hasn’t arrived after 3 days, contact us at support@lumetone.com and we’ll issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 days, please reach out so we can investigate and resend if necessary.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, either by resending your item or issuing a refund.
8. International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping options will be announced soon.
