If you’re unhappy for any reason, you may return your item—opened or unopened—within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).

2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund:

The product may be opened or unopened but must be returned in its original packaging (when possible).

4. Refund Processing

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new purchase through our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

Please include clear photos and your order number. We’ll promptly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
