LUMA LABS BEAUTY — PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Luma Labs Beauty, we aim to make your purchasing experience simple, transparent, and flexible.
This policy explains how our one-time and subscription orders work, and how you can modify or cancel them.


1. Purchase Options

You can purchase our products either:

  • As a one-time order, or

  • As part of our “Subscribe & Save” program, which automatically renews at your chosen interval (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).

All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Your payment method will be charged for the total order amount displayed at checkout, including taxes and shipping.


2. Subscription Renewals

When you subscribe, you agree to recurring billing using the payment method on file.
Before each renewal, we’ll send a reminder email including the charge date and upcoming shipment details.

If you wish to modify, skip, or cancel a renewal, you can do so anytime by:

  1. Logging into your customer account, or

  2. Contacting our support team at support@lumetone.com at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.


3. Editing or Canceling Orders

  • Before fulfillment: You may cancel or edit an order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting support@lumetone.com.

  • After fulfillment: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled. You may still return it under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee once it arrives.

For subscription orders already billed, you can cancel future shipments but not those currently in transit.


4. Refunds & Returns

Our 90-Day Guarantee allows you to return opened or unopened products within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (less shipping).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to:
Luma Labs Beauty, 1220 Demoiselle Street, Groveland, FL 34736.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment fails for a subscription order, the system will automatically retry for several days.
If the charge remains unsuccessful, your subscription will be paused until the payment method is updated.


6. Promotional or Limited-Time Offers

Discount codes, free-trial offers, and promotional pricing are valid only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied retroactively or after checkout.
